Can’t you just smell it! The mouth-watering aroma of freshly baked bread wafting throughout the house! And you did it with the smallest amount of effort and in under an hour from start to finish! Time to take a break and enjoy this delightful treat!

BEST HOMEMADE BREAD RECIPE EVER (adapted from pantrysecrets.com)
Mix dry ingredients.
- 5 cups white flour
- 1/2 cup gluten flour (or Wondra Flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 T salt
- 3 rounded tablespoons saf-instant yeast
Add wet ingredients.
- 3 T liquid lecithin (don’t measure, just pour what looks like 3 T) – available from PantrySecrets.com or Seagull Book
- 4 cups hot tap water
Mix together and add another 4-5 cups of flour only until the dough pulls away from the side of the bowl. Then knead for 5 minutes.
Oil the countertop and then put the dough on the counter. Divide into 4 equal parts. Form each part into a loaf and put into buttered pans.
Cover and let rise for 25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put loaves in oven for 25 minutes.
